Multifunctional UV Conveyor

The conveyor is a desktop or vertical light curing conveyor system designed for laboratory or mass

production applications. The conveyor is equipped with a quiet variable speed motor with a speed

adjustment drive to keep the belt speed constant under changing loads. The system can be

configured with one or two high-intensity lamp heads, which can be removed and reconfigured as a

vertical mounting system to improve versatility. The height of the belt to the lamp can be easily

adjusted from 1.5 inches to 5 inches to improve compatibility with various parts sizes. The standard

conveyor belt comes with two lamp heads and can also be used with our higher power LED system

or other side curing. It is suitable for applications that require full UV coverage.

The lamp house has a top-mounted 3-inch diameter port for optional ventilation to the equipment

exhaust system.

The dual lamp heads of the UV conveyor provide unique curing advantages and can mix any of its

4 available spectrum types. For example, the first lamp cap of the conveyor belt can be equipped

with a UVB lamp to seal the surface, prevent oxygen diffusion and cause surface stickiness. The

second lamp can be a UVA type, whose longer wavelength can penetrate more effectively, thereby

providing deeper curing. This method can optimize the adhesive reaction speed without the need

for expensive nitrogen purge or pulse curing delay.

The light chamber of the conveyor is completely enclosed to protect operators and passers-by from

any ultraviolet rays. The entrance and exit of the lighting room are protected by light-colored acrylic

sliding doors with extended covers.
