10KW Dual Lamp UV Curing Machine
1. Overview of the whole machine
This product is a dual-lamp UV curing machine used in the LCD industry. This curing can cure LCD
products, which is simple to use and easy to use.
2. UV system
① UV tube: 4KW*2 sets of UV mercury lamp, effective irradiation width is 400mm;
② The main peak of UV lamp: 365nm;
③ The UV reflector adopts imported quartz glass reflector; imported quartz glass is placed underneath;
④ The speed is 2 meters per minute, the energy is guaranteed to be 1200mj/cm2 and above, and the
product temperature is not higher than 65℃;
3. The electrical appliances and control system of the machine
①. Each group of lamps is individually controlled, with a lamp timer, and the main electrical appliances
adopt the Chint brand; the upper degree of the lamp box is adjustable as a whole;
②. Set the light-off delay cooling function and emergency stop switch;
③. Temperature display inside the machine;
④. Using 380V power supply, the total power is about 10KW;
