Operating environment:
Precise temperature design, because of the different production process, the maximum temperature

can be 200℃ or 300℃ when modeling. Temperature fluctuation value: less than ±0.2℃. Spatial

variation of temperature: less than ±1.2°C at 105°C, less than ±2.5°C at 200°C (Test method, according

to the European Union International NFC15-140 standard, with 9 sensors for two hours of testing at

different points.)


Structure:
The volume of a variety of ovens of different sizes ranges from 125 liters to 2520 liters. The control

panel of the oven is placed on the left hand side. The control panels of other types of ovens are placed

on the top of the oven to reduce the size of the oven and optimize the structure of the oven. . The inner

tank is made of high-quality stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance and internal polishing. The

shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate and baked with epoxy resin. (The color is light gray of RAL7035)

There is no contact between the inner tank and the outer shell, and the high-quality thermal insulation

layer effectively reduces heat loss. The outer box and the inner tank are separated by rock wool, and

the insulation layer is 110 mm thick, which ensures the effective control of heat, the external low

temperature and excellent heat preservation function. Insulation materials and gaskets do not contain

asbestos. The door opens on the right, and the door is closed by a two-point latch.


Air circulation of internal fan:
The oven is in a forced circulation mode with a fan, and the high-speed airflow speeds up the drying

speed and speeds up the temperature distribution in the oven evenly. The centrifugal blower is installed

on the top of the oven, and is isolated from the studio by a stainless steel baffle. The air enters the fan

from the top to the center of the oven, passes through the temperature sensor and the covered heating

element. The heated air is distributed on the top of the oven and recirculated by a fan. The air circulation

cannot be stopped, but a transmission can be installed to adjust the speed of the air circulation.


Exhaust gas removal, fresh air supply:
Before the air enters the cavity, it is preheated through the vent hole to set an exhaust gas outlet with a

diameter of 60, 80 or 100 mm (can be selected in the sample), and the discharge is controlled through

an adjustable valve. An exhaust fan can be added as an option to accelerate exhaust gas emission. An

anti-dust air filter can also be added.


Temperature control and safety:
The temperature sensor is a J-type thermocouple, and the temperature is controlled by a precise

microprocessor chip processor, which maintains a high degree of accuracy to prevent exceeding the

temperature setting. The independent thermostat can adjust the upper limit of the over-temperature

protection, which provides the 2.1-level standard protection for the setting. PID digital controller with

automatic tuning, digital display setting and actual temperature value and heating indicator light. There

is a switch button on the control panel. When the fault indicator light is on, the safety protection device

starts to work.
