The spectrum of the traditional mercury lamp curing machine is very wide, and the effective curing
effect of the ultraviolet spectrum only occupies a part of it, most of which are in the visible light range
(stray light) and generate heat, which can seriously damage the eyes of the operator and easily cause
thermal deformation of the processed workpiece . UV LED tunnel furnace is a cold light source; the
temperature of the workpiece surface is very low, and the workpiece will not be deformed. The actual
use effect is the same as the curing effect of a high-pressure mercury lamp, and the curing time can
be shortened to a few seconds, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
